The process has become more efficient with the online booking facility. I don't know whether it existed previously but i managed to get the appointment for the next day. In addition, this time the lady who provided me the letter for obtaining police certificates was very co-operative and took time to answer my queries. And since its a small embassy compared to other countries, things get done fairly quickly.
